Right of Withdrawal & Returns

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at supportnexmova@gmail.com before returning any item. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and the appropriate return destination for your order.

Please do not send a return to an address without first contacting us, as the appropriate return destination may vary depending on the product and order.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please contact us before arranging a return. We will provide the applicable return instructions for your specific order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at supportnexmova@gmail.com, preferably with photos or other relevant information, so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exception is provided by applicable law, including, for example, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where required by applicable law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not be charged fees by us for the reimbursement.
